Women in the Spotlight Conference ~ People You Need to Know

On March 17-19, 2011 the W Hotel Buckhead was the site of the powerful Women in the Spotlight Conference hosted by Atlanta’s Branding Superstar, Ms. Melissa Dawn Johnson. Melissa is the president of Velvet Suite Marketing Consulting Group. Her company is a peak performance management firm specializing in brilliant brand solutions from the inside out. Ms. Johnson is also one of People You Need to Know Magazine’s newest clients.

There was a stellar cast of expert speakers and panelists in the areas of personal branding, business leadership, and relationships. The overall goal of the conference was to coach women on how to use creativity and innovation to create their own authentic blueprint for professional and personal success. Businesswomen from Atlanta and around the country were there to learn, grow and network.

This event was a huge success. To be in the room with such great trail blazers has inspired me to know that my highs will not come without lows, but to know that I will get there, and get there stronger than I was before. Meeting Spark Plug and learning about his passion and vision for women was a great highlight.
