Hispanic Professional Social Event

The People You Need to Know staff was proud to be a part of the Hispanic Professional Social’s (HPS) monthly networking event at Livingston Restaurant, inside the historic Georgian Terrace Hotel, in downtown Atlanta, on Wednesday, July 15th.

Featured in the above photo, on the far left, is the newest member of People You Need to Know, America’s Connection Diva, Ms. Bonnie Ross-Parker, President and Founder of The Joy of Connecting. Her national organization focuses on bringing women business owners and professionals together to network and share ideas, which can help their businesses grow. Next to Ms. Ross-Parker is Ms. Janelle Hamilton, Managing Partner, and Ms. Dahlys Hamilton, Founder and CEO of Metro Atlanta Business Network, LLC. Their organization hosts networking events and training exclusively for Linkedin members.

We also met Michael Burrell, who is the General Manager for TeleMundo Atlanta and his two account executives, Cony Restrepo and Ines Bonell.

Ms. Carmen T. Kasnakow, sales executive with AmeriJet International, Inc. shared with us how her company “gets it there” by Land, Sea and Air.

The group was a good mix of Atlanta’s multicultural business professionals. Shannon Harris the CEO/Manager of Special Services & Cruises was in attendance along with Kristie J. Kirksey, the owner of Flawless Bookkeeping. We met Miles T. Lee, President/CEO of Miles T. Lee Merchant Services, Inc., Stephanie Echols, a National Expansion Leader with 5Links, Mae Merriweather, the Founder of SBS Consulting Firm, LLC and many, many other metro Atlanta business leaders were in attendance, eager to network with some of metro Atlanta’s prominent Hispanic professionals.

We look forward to attending more events held by HPS.
