Meet Dr. Alduan Tartt

 

Look for Dr. Alduan Tartt at the 2010 Live Healthy And Thrive Expo this weekend at the Cobb Galleria Centre. He will be speaking on healthy relationships and how to empower teens. Get your tickets now!

Dr. Alduan Tartt is a positive psychologist, devoted father, professional speaker, and community servant who is taking psychology outside of the office to have more of an impact in the community. He has successfully worked with well over a thousand clients in Georgia, California, and Michigan.

He is a graduate of both Morehouse College and the University of Michigan where he was one the youngest African-Americans to receive his PhD in Clinical Psychology. He currently maintains a popular positive psychology practice in Decatur, Georgia and is recognized as parenting, teen, and relationship expert for women and teen girls.

He has served on the Board of Directors for the 100 Black Men of DeKalb and Forever Family. Dr. Tartt is also an associate member of the National Speakers Association of Georgia and is a frequent contributor to Essence and Black Enterprise magazines. He has appeared on MTV, CBS, TVOne, Gospel Touch and over 30 radio broadcast as a psychologist, parenting expert, life coach and relationship expert.

He is the author of The RING FORMULA: How to Marry MR. RIGHT, a dating guide that empowers women to date toward marriage. He is currently working on a talk show with BET Networks for mothers as well as a new reality show, Bullies, with Tijuana Entertainment that successfully reforms bullies.

Dr. Alduan Tartt is devoted to promoting social change through raising expectations, innovative problem-solving and creating stronger relationships within the community.

    Hey....I'm kidding. Had to go there! It was begging me to! Anyway, the focus of his practice is pretty awesome, and we definitely need more psychologists these days. Heck, I need one right now! ha haa... ;)

    I wish, Jacqueline!! Sounds like a fantastic, not to be missed event! I'll have to plan on doing it next year. Work and other commitments are keeping me glued to home base at the moment. Have a great expo, though!
