Ingrid Priscilla Wiggberg to Speak at Kick-off of Helping WOMEN Succeed in America Tour

Ingrid Priscilla Wiggberg, President of The Party Makers, will be a guest speaker at the kick-off of the Helping WOMEN Succeed in America Tour held at the Fernbank Auditorium in Atlanta, Georgia on January 29th.

When Ingrid Priscilla’s mother died five years ago she was devastated, but she is keeping her memory alive by following in her footsteps.

“When you’re crying, remember that everything happens for a reason, think positive, and know that God is good,” Ingrid quotes as the best advice she’s ever been given.

From the time Ingrid was a small child, she watched her mother plan fabulous parties, weddings, and other events. She was captivated by the love, joy, and care that her mother put into every detail. Her mother’s amazing gift inspired Ingrid to start her own successful event planning business. As president and founder of The Party Makers, she is quickly making a name for herself in the Atlanta area by following the family tradition of making events remarkable and magical.

“I love helping people have fun,” she says. “I aim to please everyone. And it’s a great sense of accomplishment at the end of the event when the host or guests have a look of sheer joy on their faces.”

Born in New York, she moved to Georgia in 1991 where she completed her college degree at Oglethorpe University. She still enjoys visiting New York, which she finds exciting and the food amazing, but loves the sweet, southern hospitality found in Atlanta.

“Atlanta is a great place because you get the best of both worlds,” she says. “You get the cosmopolitan feel of a big city and diversity, but the friendly old-fashioned charm of the South is still apparent.”

Ingrid wants to make the most of the family tradition her mother passed along to her. Her ultimate goal is to expand her thriving business to other cities along the east coast, including New York.
