Grand Opening: The Red Carpet Bridal & Formal Event Boutique

One-stop shopping for weddings are becoming increasingly popular. Why? Busy brides can save time and the process is less stressful, resulting in a more positive wedding planning experience. Another reason you may not have thought of: you can save money.

“Because the economy is the way it is, everyone is on a budget,” says Shenea Winston, owner of The Red Carpet Bridal & Event Boutique, adding that her experience, relationships with vendors in the Atlanta metro area and abroad, and her negotiating skills can help save money. “Having one person arrange everything that fits into a budget is definitely attractive these days. That’s my focus, getting a good price and getting the most for their money.”

She has over 8 years experience in planning weddings and other events, including corporate and church events, showers, birthday and anniversary parties. Whether the event is large or small, Shenea always focuses on staying on budget. That’s especially important for brides to remember.

“Brides can fulfill all their dreams and still stay within budget,” she states. “You have to live after you’re married, pay rent, eat, and such, so set a budget and don’t go over it.”

Shenea’s own dreams will come true when The Red Carpet Bridal & Event Boutique has its grand opening the first week in April. The boutique not only features wedding dresses and formal attire, but offers one-stop shopping for wedding products and services. Customers can meet the consultants and have a chance to win a free wedding dress.

The biggest reward, Shenea says, is a happy and content bride, elated to see the outcome of her vision, yet satisfied knowing she stayed within her budget.

Sounds like she'll be busy. Atlanta loves a great party giver.
