Building Relationships One Greeting Card at a Time

 

Sending a greeting card can be a powerful way to improve relationships and show appreciation. That realization is what inspired Paula Brock to become an independent distributor for SendOutCards.

“There is no greater satisfaction than making a positive impact in someone else’s life,” Paula says. “SendOutCards is a system which allows us to act upon our promptings to express our thoughts to those who mean the most to us.”

Her favorite quote is from Maya Angelou: “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”

What a fitting quote for Paula, who knows the simple act of sending a card can touch someone emotionally. She enjoys teaching others how to use this powerful system to build stronger business and personal relationships along with her partner/fiancé, Richard Shuford.

Paula calls Atlanta her home; she has lived here most of her life and advises others with the entrepreneurial spirit to network, network, network. She follows her own advice and received a business award for successfully maintaining long-term client relationships and for establishing highly profitable clients.

“Atlanta is one of the top five cities for entrepreneurialism. If you want to be successful in business, Atlanta offers you everything you need. The possibilities are endless and you never know who you will meet. It’s a beautiful city, which offers so many wonderful opportunities,” Paula says.

The same adventurous spirit that inspired Paula to start her own business shows up in her personal life as well. She loves riding roller coasters, exploring new places, and wants to get up the courage for her next goal: sky diving.
