Bring Your Salad to Life!


This recipe is guaranteed to add a spark to your salad and give your taste buds a splash of life! Don’t be surprised if you get hooked on eating more green leafy vegetables this season. Your body will thank you!

Here’s to eating healthier …

Spark Plug’s Favorite Herb Dressing

¼ cup olive oil
¼ apple cider vinegar (with the Mother)
2 tablespoons Bragg Liquid Aminos
1 clove of garlic, crushed
3 sprigs fresh parsley, chopped
4 sprigs fresh dill, chopped
3 sprigs fresh cilantro, chopped

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or
blender. Puree until very smooth. (Should make 3/4 cup)

Note: I like to put the dressing in the refrigerator
until chilled. Also, I get the Liquid Aminos and
Apple Cider Vinegar from the health food store … I like to adjust the amount of herbs from time to time because I like a thicker consistency.
